For shipping, we use paper-based packaging materials whenever possible. These materials are recyclable and help reduce overall environmental impact.

We partner with a 3PL fulfillment provider to ensure efficient delivery across the US. Your order will be shipped via one of our trusted logistics partners, such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60. For orders below $60, a flat shipping fee of $10 is applied at checkout.
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or private mailboxes.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been processed by our 3PL partner and collected by the carrier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status directly on the carrier’s website.
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used dietary supplements.
