2. Registration and Personal Data

2.2. Registration results in a personal Buyer Account. The Buyer is solely responsible for all activities occurring under their account and for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Sales Tax

3.2. Sales Tax: As an e-commerce entity selling nationwide, Bemyyouth, LLC collects and remits sales tax as required by the laws of the state where the order is shipped (the “Destination State”). The final tax amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

7.3. No Class Actions: THE BUYER AND SELLER AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
